Our approach to advertising
Our readers are engineering leads, project managers, product owners, and operations directors actively evaluating project management software. They come here for analysis they can trust, and that trust depends on a clear boundary between editorial content and commercial interests. This page explains where that boundary sits.
What we do not accept
We do not accept unsolicited advertising pitches, sponsored posts, advertorials, or paid placements. If a product appears in our editorial content, it is because our team decided it belongs there based on its merits, not because someone wrote a cheque. Editorial coverage on Zero Backlog is not available for purchase, and no amount of outreach will change that.
How vendor inclusion works
When we evaluate a product category, our editorial team identifies the relevant platforms through independent research. If your product falls within a category we are covering, we may reach out to verify details, request access, or clarify pricing. That outreach originates from us. Unsolicited requests for coverage, review copies sent without invitation, or offers to “collaborate on content” are declined as a matter of policy.
Questions
If you have questions about this policy or believe there is a legitimate editorial reason for us to be aware of your product, you can reach us at [email protected].
